The program
One training day over video: a 3-hour morning session and a 2-hour afternoon session, with a lunch break between. Up to 12 staff, each on their own laptop, connected before the day starts using our setup guide. Group trainings run on Mondays and Wednesdays. Open sessions for individuals run every other Friday.

Groups larger than 12 are quoted separately. Individuals: reserve a seat and pick your Friday at checkout. Each open session needs 6 seats to run. If it doesn't fill, we'll move you to the next date or refund you in full.

About us
We come from construction, not tech. Our background is years of reading plan sets, building estimates, and working in Bluebeam every day. We teach the AI side the way a construction team needs to hear it: in plain language, on real drawings.
Questions
Reseller staff (sales, solutions engineers, trainers and support), your own estimators and project teams, or individuals on their own. Groups are capped at 12 so everyone gets hands-on time. Open seats in a group class may be filled with individuals.
Yes. The MCP connection between Bluebeam and Claude is only available on a Bluebeam Max plan. Each attendee also needs the Bluebeam desktop app (version 21.10 or later, the release that adds the markup and search tools we use) and a Claude account. The connection doesn't work in Bluebeam Web, on mobile, or with offline licenses. See Bluebeam's MCP requirements page for full requirements. Individuals without Max are still welcome: you'll get the full Claude side of the day, and we'll show you what the Bluebeam connection adds.
A laptop with the Bluebeam desktop app on a Bluebeam Max plan and the Claude desktop app, connected before the training day. A paid Claude plan is recommended for a full day of hands-on work. We send a step-by-step setup guide a week ahead and do a quick connection check at the start. We provide the sample plan set, and attendees are welcome to bring one of their own.
No. Every exercise runs on a public plan set we provide. If you bring your own, it stays on your machine and never comes to us. The Bluebeam MCP server runs on your own machine and only sends the text and markup data a request needs. We also show you how to turn off model training in your Claude settings.
No. Bluebeam University's self-paced course covers the setup. We add the live, hands-on practice and the teach-back, so your trainers can deliver it themselves. Your certified trainers stay the experts on Bluebeam.
Yes. Request a quote under Custom Training and tell us the topic. We'll scope it and build it for your team.
